How to change the placeholder of global search on the portal ?

That changes comes under 'Typeahead Search' widget and also trying to save the changes but it not get saved.

Hello Varsha,
I just tried it but it will affect the overall place holder. and i want to change it only for the global search, also i created one more key and message but at the widget it will not allow to save it. something went wrong

Hi,
Yes, it will reflect to all places wherever it is used. You have to clone the widgets and then make the changes for the particular one. In this case you have to clone Typeahead Search' and 'Homepage Search' widgets.

BTW you want to change the text for other languages or in English itself.
