How to change the placeholder of global search on the portal ?

That changes comes under 'Typeahead Search' widget and also trying to save the changes but it not get saved.

I have checked it on other searches as well but i did not find changes anywhere else.

See it will replace the all highlighted text shown in the image if i make changes to message value of the 'search' Key in the 'sys_ui_message' table. Also i created new key and try to use in the existing widget but it will not allow to change anything.
