How to change the sc_category page url in service portal ?

Hi All,

 I have a urgent requirement on service portal,  i am redesigned the service portal page i have changed all colour in sc_Category page but issue is i am cloing all pages and widget , i was cloned sc category widget and sc category page widget i was changed all colors of the page in sc _category page  issue is when i click on the category(get help) url is changed it's redirect another  page , what i have cloned widget is not visble in that page please help me on this it's urgent requirement,

Hi Alli ,

it's working fine , i found another issue,I have cloned sc category page (copy of sc category)and widgets  for border and link color changes purpose, if i click on service catalog in breadcrumb  url will redirect to main page of sc category

Hi @karishma shaik 

I would suggest to use page route map for this also instead of updating the widget to point to new URL.
