How to change the scope of a custom application?

Hi Folks, 

I have an active custom application in global scope. Now we need to move that application in customer service scope. Is it possible or do we need to create the application again from scratch ?

Unfortunately, It is not possible, and You have to build everything from scratch.( SN recommended way)

But there's a workaround:
