Dear Experts.
I am running a discovery in CMDB, but since the upgrade to Xanadu, the timeout and discovery is ending in error.
Can you please tell me how to change the timeout setting in PROBE?
I do not want to change the maximum execution time of the discovery process, I want to reduce the time for the probe timeout.
Any knowledge article that may be relevant is fine.
Best regards

Is this a single probe, if so which, or all probes?

Thank you for your prompt reply.
What is occurring at this time is a single probe.
The probe in question is “Shazzam”.
Additional information.
It is currently taking twice as long as the timeout time to upgrade to Xanadu.
Best regards.

You'd need to investigate why it's taking twice as long to run shazzam probes. On the shazzam probe record (discovery_probes) you can set the probe parameter "debug" to true to get addition stats back.
