How to change the VA chat bubble icon on ESC portal

Hi,

How  to change the VA chat bubble icon on ESC portal and I have tried with the below link but not working properly.

Hi @mania 

It should really work if you have followed the KB line by line...

load the file, make sure your file is loaded properly, check the format and file size.

Make sure you have placed the file path properly in the url varaible.

Hi @manisa 

This error means that the file you have loaded is not supported by servicenow file extension type. There is a system property were you can add svg file format to over come this issue.

1. Navigate to sys_properties table

2. Search for ''attachement.extension" add your file extension to the property.

also from system properties > secutriy.

in attacgement limit and behaviour locate the file extension and make sure its not part of it...
