How to change the VA chat bubble icon on ESC portal

How  to change the VA chat bubble icon on ESC portal and I have tried with the below link but not working properly.

Please review the configuration from the below URL:
https://YOURInstance.service-now.com/sp_agent_chat_config_list.do?sysparm_query=&sysparm_view=
In two of the configurations, esc portal is selected. You can simply remove it from the portals list collector.

This step is needed only if you have cloned the widget. if yes. you need to go to the page were you have the Icon widget and replace it with the cloned widget which you have created...
