I'm trying to figure out how to change behavior of this Action in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
OOTB this action generates and pastes the URL of the given article into Worksnotes. But URL is opening as another tab in the Workspace. My project would like to have this URL opened in our Employee Center portal, and not in the Workspace.
In my investigation I reached out to Table Configuration table [cxs_table_config] and to Search Action Configuration.
I've updated the Label to be sure that I'm working on correct record, I've created new search action record itself and tried to log some values to work on this further. The idea was that I will just simply create new URL and will manually in Action put in in wanted place.
But joke was on me. Despite creating new Search Action and changing the configuration the behavior didn't change at all. My logs don't exist, g_form is not reacting, URL is pasted as it was earlier. Nothing changed. I'm puzzled.
