How to check inbound email action through atf

Hi 

Once sc_task is created and assigned to some group notification is sent.

and if the user replies anything then sc_task should close followed by RITM and REQ

I have configured the same,

but coming to atf it is getting succes till inbbound mail, later part of closing the SC_TASK is not happening.

It looks ok to me, the only difference I see with one of my own tests is your failure timeout. I put mine on 90 seconds. Maybe you can increase your timeout and see if that helps?

I have increased the timeout still my test got failed

Hi,

Please increase some timeout for the Record Query Test Step after step 18

Also I could see it is unable to find the SC Task matching that RITM number. ensure you are selecting the correct step sys_id
