How to check inbound email action through atf

Hi 

Once sc_task is created and assigned to some group notification is sent.

and if the user replies anything then sc_task should close followed by RITM and REQ

I have configured the same,

but coming to atf it is getting succes till inbbound mail, later part of closing the SC_TASK is not happening.

yes but when i have re-checked the record query only by giving document id it is passing but giving other conditions like state is completed it is failing
