Hello Team,
We recently integrated the ServiceNow to Jira by using integration hub with the help of flow designer Jira spoke and we successfully generating the record in the Jira instance and we are able to make updates to for existing records in JIRA instance. But the strange thing is if we update changes for few records the changes are not reflecting in the jira, for few records we are able to synch updates between ServiceNow to JIRA.
The main question here if we integrate the external system through spokes where we can check weather we send the data to the external system or not and it would be appreciated if any one help with steps to trouble shoot the issue?
