How to Configure a View Rule to Show Only the Default View on the Change Form?

I have a requirement where I need to configure a View Rule in ServiceNow so that only the "Default View" is visible on the Change form. All other views should be hidden for the users except admin.

Try restricting the other view for the user instead of hiding it.”
