How to configure external url to small pop up like chatbot in servicenow

I have configured the external url which work as chatbot i'm unable to make it open similar like servicenow chatbot like small pop up.

Can anyone guide here is it feasible to do it or no ?

Thanks for replying on the post, please find the screenshot where i configured it on employee center portal under menu item to access it.

Where under url i given the external link and url target i tried to give "_popup"/"popup" it didn't worked.
