How to configure Start Microsoft Teams Chat in Service Operations Workspace

Hello Community,

I am working on configuring Microsoft Teams collaboration in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) so users can:

• Start a Microsoft Teams chat from a task record
• Import the Teams conversation back into the task record
• Use the Collaborate panel inside the workspace

Could someone please guide me on the required configuration steps to make this functionality work correctly?

I would appreciate any documentation, recommendations, or implementation experience you can share.
