Hello Community,
I am working on configuring Microsoft Teams collaboration in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) so users can:
- Start a Microsoft Teams chat from a task record
- Import the Teams conversation back into the task record
- Use the Collaborate panel inside the workspace
Could someone please guide me on the required configuration steps to make this functionality work correctly?
I would appreciate any documentation, recommendations, or implementation experience you can share.
