How to copy existing record created by Record Producer and then submit new Record Producer?

I have a Record Producer to create a record from Employee Center portal.

What I would like to do is to copy already created record by Record Producer and then submit new form in Record Producer to create new record. I'm wondering if it can be possible by creating an UI Action button in table form page of portal.

After clicking on the button, the user gets redirected to the Record Producer page with the corresponding variables are populated in accordance with the table's field values. Then, after modifying them, the user can submit the Record Producer. 

Please advise me on how to achieve this.

Perhaps, This could be possible if you provide me little bit more details about it, I would like to know where you want this button on list or on form, If on list then what variable you need  to populated after redirection in record producer. Provide me details then I will provide some solution for this requirement.
