How to create a notification

Hi team,

We need to create a notification With Accept and Reject link.

When we click on accept, it will "close" the finance case and click on reject, set back to "open" and route back to to the agent who worked on it last.

Can anyone pls here with the script.

Add below lines to your notification body to add approval and rejection option in email.

${mailto:mailto.approval}
${mailto:mailto.rejection}

Note: To show them as button, you need to add style in email body.
