How to create a report that shows AVERAGE AGE of my team's ACTIVE TASKS

Hello,
I need to create a report that shows the average age of my team's assigned and active workload. My team has 192 Active Tasks across multiple tables but I'm able to see them all from the Task Table. I'm trying to develop a dashboard that reflects my teams workload and performance against that workload. I'd love to get an Average Time to Respond metric as well but can't seem to figure out the engine. Please help and thank you.
My Conditions are as follows and in List
Assigned to is x or y or z
and
Assignment group is x but Assigned to is Empty
and
State is not one of Closed, Canceled, etc.
What I need to see is a single number that shows the average of all tickets age (Created - Current Time) so that we can track our queue age and work toward reducing that number to our goal. I obviously can't use Duration because are active and the Metric Instance table recommended in another forum doesn't appear to allow you to dot walk to specify any of the above conditions.

I did receive a reply, which is no longer showing. However, I was unable to reproduce the recommendation anyway as there were categories and filters that I was unable to replicate and I need to do it in TASK vs. Incident.
