How to create an SLA Metrics in Servicenow

Hello All,

 

Can someone help me on how to Create SLA Metrics?

I have a requirement to create SLA Metrics with reference of one group but i'm not aware where to check and create new SLA Metrics in ServiceNow?

please help me on this.

Have you looked into the plugin sla_breakdown_by_assignment ?
