how to create Custom patterns in discovery

Hi All,

is there any documentation to create a custom pattern in the Service mapping to locate the devices in Discovery

there are OOB patterns but if i want to create a custom pattern what are the things i should keep in mind, 

is there any YouTube video's or documentation

please suggest

Its not that straigh forward to create a custom discovery pattern for discovery. TO get started you can refer to the article shared by @Community Alums  below.
