How to create customized dynamic survey form

Hi All,

I want to create a survey form and it will have a boolean question if selected yes should pop up differnt sets of question as sub question and if no it should populate differnt set of questions.

Example scnarion

Is project over

yes----------------

how many members ?

timline?

no -----------------

is it a project ?

what are dept. managers??

So goal is to achive dynamic survey form based on survey answers being asnwered.

How can this be achieved?

Hi Abhinab

I think you can do that simply by using the "dependency" (click the cogwheel symbol in the right side of the question) and the using the boolean question "Is project over" and only show when answer is "yes".
