How to create Incident Backlog Growth PA report monthwise

Hi,

I need to create a PA report on Incident Backlog Growth month-wise for last 6 months. Formula Indicator is Number of New incidents - Number of resolved incidents. Somehow it's not showing up the data for all 6 months, just for 1 month I'm able to view.

It has 2 contributing indicators setting frequency as monthly and 2 indicator source as well.

Please help to achieve this.

It could be the PA job or the conditions in either the indicator source or automated indicator. Can you please share a snip of these? Then it will be much easier to help you.

Hi @sugand ,

Is it correct that you only have run the daily data collection and not the historical collection? 

According to your first screenshot you only have 4 incidents in growth but if we look at the historical collection, it should collect on monthly basis for the last 6 months?

Furthermore, why do you use a condition "opened/resolved last 6 months"? Wouldn't you rather 6 the data change on monthly basis?

I found one other thing that 'Historical Job' collected with warnings, what should be done to rectify those warnings. Please suggest.
