Hello All,
can we create a pivot report like below ??
|
| ||||||||
Proactive | Reactive | response %-age | Average Time to SME (h:mm) | Max Time to SME (h:mm) | MTTR (Mean) (h:mm) | MTTR (Max) (h:mm) | Update Breach %-age | KPI Breach %-age
P 1 | 0 | 0 | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A
P 2 | 1 | 0 | 100% | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A
P 3 | 0 | 0 | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A
P 4 | 1 | 2 | 100% | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A
P 5 | 0 | 0 | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A | N/A |
Each column have unique calculations , for ex : Proactive --> did any group contacted
reactive --> data base raised the incident? if yes , then count of incidents
response %-age : did the team met respone SLA ?
like this each column has calculations , is the possoble to achieve this with servicenow reporting ?
please suggest @Ankur Bawiskar
Thank you,
Shabbir Shaik

Hi @shabbir5
Not possible mate, unless all these calculations are stored in a table.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
