How to create OLA Report

Conditions:

Resolution report : OLA Breached , OLA about to Breached

Response report : OLA Breached , OLA about to Breached

can any one please help me on this

Hi @sahana1998 ,

Why don't you report on task_sla table and apply filter

ex: OLA Breached, 

OLA about to breached (Set your Business time left per requirement) or you can also use other fields such as Business Elapsed Time, Business Elasped Percentage
