Hi Team,

How to create below report  on problem table?

	Problem Records
Open	Closed	Average RCA	Max RCA
assignment group1	0	0	N/A
assignment group2	0	0	6 d
assignment group3	0	0	N/A
assignment group4	0	0	N/A	N/A

is this possible ?

We can't create a whole report in one go. It is multi pivot, you can add rows and columns and you can get only a count in the pivot table.  Avg RCA and max RCA you need go create a new report.

 you can’t create a table as shown, but there are different capabilities in ServiceNow. To guide you further, do you have performance analytics available or only the normal reporting module?
