How to customize Instance url

Hello,

I am trying to find out if it is possible for me to customize the url of my instance. Currently, I have to log into my account to access instance. I would like to just type the url to access it. For example; emmanuel.service-now.com. My current url is not easy to remember.

You might be able to do something with an URL aliasing service such as TinyURL (which allows you to create a custom url alias), or Google alias (which does not).



I don't believe that ServiceNow allows a renaming of the developer instances.

You could also use a proxy.

We tried the reverse proxy and seem to have issues with certain pages.   For instance when we try and go to the customer portal we seem to revert back to the *.servcie-now.com address.   Have you heard of this issue and/or a fix for it?
