How to customize Project Workspace? I need to customize the menu and dropdown present on the header

I need to hide the New Project Button on the Project Workspace header. I need to customize Planning Console header in Project Workspace. Please let me know if there is any kind of macro or UI page which needs to be customize

You can use UI Builder to create a customized Planning Console.
