How to customized the home page?

Hi All,

I have one requirement to configure the home page of Servicenow whenever the user login to their instance thier should be a pop-up welcome message.

I have added a dashboard to the home page but I also want a pop-up welcome message. Sharing one screenshot for reference.

Help me out how can I do this?

@Mayur Patil2 create a dynamic content and add the pop-up logic in it and add the dynamic content to dashboard.
