@Balakrishna_ABK
It because the AI Agent Studio UI wrapper doesn't always automatically push changes down to the active backend version record or trigger profile.
follow below steps to completely deactivate the agent and stop it from running during testing:
Enter sn_aia_version.list to open the backend AI Agent Version data table.
Open the record and change the State field value from Active or Published to Withdrawn (or uncheck the Active checkbox if visible).
Go to AI Agent Studio > Create and Manage.
Click your specific AI Agent and locate the Triggers tab.
Locate the mapped application event/trigger and explicitly switch its individual toggle state to Inactive.
and at the end clear cache cookies for instance.

Try the solution as provided in this post : I Want to Deactiave Version from AI agent studio
"Try working around it by going to the AIA Version [sn_aia_version] table in the back-end view (UI16 / Next Experience). On the duplicate version you want to deactivate, there's a State field, and you can try changing the value to be Withdrawn."
