How to develop new variable under four choices in catalogue item

Hi Community,

Could you please suggest how to develop this below variable in existing catalogue item and type of material? 

They also requested an estimate to add a new field to all four options (Customer, Supplier, Employee, and Material). This field should enable the requester to select one or more users from the ServiceNow user list and should be labelled “Select the Ticket Notification Recipients”

Your requirement is not clear however if you want to add a variable(to select users from user list) to an existing catalog item

1)Create a variable type reference, name the variable as "Select the Ticket Notification Recipients" and select user table (sys_user) table.
