How to differentiate Views between standard platform and Service Portal in "View Rule" condition?

I created almost 50 form Views and "View Rules" for Case table in accordance with the short_description field value.
However, I would like to make them slightly different between the standard platform and service portal.
I think another 50 Views and "View Rules" are required for the service portal view, but not sure how to differentiate the platform and service portal in the condition of View Rules.

Please kindle give me some advice.

As far as I understand the requirement, I would suggest you to create views on your table called "Service portal" and use that when redirecting to portal side, you can have the short description how ever you want.
