Hi @Anuj30 You can do this with the help of a Flow. ServiceNow provides an Active Directory spoke in Flow Designer that can be used to perform the task.

we do not have Azure AD Spoke as we have only ITSM Pro license do we want to try it by Custom integration

to build custom integration you need to check Microsoft team if any API exists which you can leverage and then use consume that API and send the user name/user id from ServiceNow which in turn disables the user in AD.
It's lot more easy when you use Paid Spoke as you will have the technical debt to maintain that custom solution for integration.
