Hi @Anuj30 Custom integration will create significant technical debt, especially if it's not supported by ServiceNow. I understand it's license-based, but the best approach is to use a built-in spoke whenever possible. Otherwise, with a JWT-based integration, you’ll need to build everything yourself — including the endpoint, field mappings, and all related logic."
