As im current exploring around on my PDI on discovering my VM using servicenow MidServer I always getting the values undefined and unknown when im trying to execute my scheduled job which runs and validate the following data and codes from my VM.
im not so sure if how can i be able to get the details of my VM and to be registered in the CMDB_CI of servicenow. The main challenge is that for discovering the device i shouldnt use discovery & patterns when discovevring the VM so mainly can do is on ecc queue base.
