How to display a UI Action in a specific view

I am creating a UI Action for a list banner button.
However, I want to display this UI Action only in the "Custom View".
I do not want it to appear in the Default view.
Is there any way to implement this requirement?

I don't know why I couldn't find the view I want. It doesn't appear on the list.
