How to display all available topics in Microsoft teams.

Hi all,


We have configured Microsoft teams integration with ServiceNow via virtual agent bot. After entering " hi " i want display all available active/published topics as dropdown list but i am getting only live agent button. Please find attachment. Can any one please suggest solution, thanks in advance.

Hi Sandeep,

Thanks for your valuable information, I just went through you referred links. As I said, we already configured same thing like which you shared, but I found one thing in the plugins installation. In my instance I can see only two plugins is under conversational settings. Attaching the snip here. Does we really need the 

  • Virtual Agent, or Virtual Agent Lite 
  • ITSM Virtual Agent conversations (Store release)  ---plugins ?. If yes, kindly elaborate the usage of these two plugins.
