How to display certain records of table in the reference field.

Hi all ,

How to display few records which are based on condition in  document field in a document id field.

For example , in the below mentioned screenshot , table name is user so I want to display a set of user records based

on few conditions. Is it feasible to do ..........

The below thread is to display few specific tables , this field is dependent on depends on table. But to display a specific set of records, how it can be done

I fear that it will be feasible now. As there can be different tables selected so fixing Filter or Reference qualifier for particular table won't be possible.

In the above mentioned screenshot , the table is read only so only for user table this needs to work.

Is there any way to achieve the requirement.
