How to display comment text from backend text box in idea form on front end idea posted form.

Hi All,

(Note: Idea is one of the content type like blog which is OOB widget in service now)

We have created one text box named as response in idea form in backend of idea table. and If we put any text in that text box and submit it. it will display in content id column which is available in content table. 

and we have also created field called as response on front end to display same text.

Our Requirement is to display that text (available in content id column) on Front View posted idea form under response field which we have created on front end.

How we can we achieve this?
