Hello,

My question is simple, I'm trying to display RITM variables like the variable editor on sc_task.

I found that I can dot walk to the variable editor variable but it's still hidden.

Any tips for this ? IT user used to work on task and they want to have ritm info quickly avaible on task form,

Thanks a lot

Hi Xif,

You do it from the workflow. When you configure the "Catalog Task" activity from your workflow. There is an option to add/remove variables. Just add those variables you want to display in your catalog task and automatically should be display it.

Hope this helps,

Pedro

Hi,

In the task layout you need to have variables editor there for them to show...then in the workflow, as Pedro mentioned, you'd need to locate the task activity in that workflow, double-click it, then scroll down to the bottom and slide over to the right all variables you want to show on that task. Keep in mind that you'll need to ensure the workflow is associated with an item to get a more accurate, direct list, else you'll see all variables in the instance...which can be hundreds of thousands.

I found a solution to this in another post and I'm linking to that post here where I added screenshots of config and result.
