In sc_req_item report lists I have a column for "Stage" but as shown in the image below, this is a graphical representationl - circles representing the stages that can be hovered over or expanded to see the stage list. This column is not easily searchable for basic agents.
What I desire is to add a second column for Stage that just displays the stage value (not the graphical display) and is searchable.
How can this be achieved?
