How to Display the 'Add Approver' Button in the RITM Related List within the Service Operations Work

I am able to display the 'EDIT' button on the native UI through List Control to manually add approval to the RITM. However, this button does not appear in the Service Operations Workspace (SOW). I followed some available articles and created declarative actions, but they aren't working for me. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
