How to display theme for a particular group that we create from theme builder

Themes are selected by a user and stored in the user preferences. To check what you actually need, you can set your theme on your account, check the user preferences to see correct sys_id and name of the preference. Use a flow/script to find the users of that (also take into account users that are added to the group) and create the preference with the same name and value for each separate user.

My requirment is that when we build a theme from theme builder is there any way in the theme builder from where we can set that theme for a particular group

No. You are creating a theme and that theme can just be used. It's not set to a particular group/user.
