How to display UI macro in service portal catalog form

HI All,
I have created the Button in UI macro and i am trying to use that UI macro in catalog variable
that ui macro is displaying fine in ServiceNow catalog form but its not displaying in service portal view
Please help me to resolve this issue

you need to create widget and then it would work in portal.

I have added the button in a widget and include it in Variable with type "Custom"; but its not working, nothing is displayed in the catalog item form.

What can be done if I want to show the widget in Service Portal and as well as in native UI?
I want to show the selected input from user on requested item form.
