To integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce using REST API, you can set up API connections in both systems, mapping necessary fields and defining data transfer processes. However, for a simpler approach, use Skyvia. It allows for seamless integration between ServiceNow and Salesforce without deep technical knowledge of REST APIs, ensuring efficient data synchronization and management between the two platforms.
