How to download CLI for Developer Instance?

My company has ServiceNow, but I'm not an Admin or on the Support Site.  But I do have a personal Dev instance, and I want to download/install the ServiceNow CLI module for Windows 10.

To get the download at  https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/9085854adbb52810122156a8dc9619...

you have to login.  But I can't get this download logging in with my personal account credential, and I'm thinking this is restricted to ServiceNow customers--which we are, I'm just not an admin for our corporate instance.

Is there a way to get this download so that you can test/learn/use the CLI module on your personal instance?
