How to download the files from request and save it in shared folder or sharepoint in CSV format?

I have a requirement to auto download the files from request which has attachments and save it in shared folder or sharepoint in CSV format with date & time as naming conviction.

I have no idea at all on how to proceed on this requirement, how can I do it?

You might need to create script include logic, scripts, scheduled jobs . For SharePoint, you might use a REST API or a third-party integration tool
