How to download the request as pdf from portal and not from native

HI Community,

 

I have a requirement where i need to create a button in serviceportal.

Purpose of this button is once the end user submit the request and when they click the button it download it as pdf of the request 

 

How can we do it.

Is there any other alternative way ? instead of creating a widget for it.

Main requirement is end user wanted to download the ritm as pdf from portal and not from native

Can you please elaborate how can we do that.

Because i want end users to download the pdf and no in between person to download for them from native to send to them.

Idea is to have the option for them to download or have a pdf copy to them without any other persons intervention

One method is to include a link to the PDF within the email. 

To provide a link to a PDF in an email:

  • Set up an email notification 
  • For example, when an incident is created, configure the email notification to include a direct link to the relevant PDF.
