how to edit the login page for an instance

I want to make changes to the way the login page of our developer instance. Where and how do we do that?

Hi Harsha,

There is a page in CMS named as clean login. IF you click on view page you can see that this sets the login at the center.

I have not worked on it but I believe you can work around it to get it done. Please check below snapshot.
