How to enable AI Search in Custom Application

ramesh_r

Hi All,

We have enabled the AI search in my instance.

I just want to know if I am creating the custom application, should I do anything to configure to include the AI search for the newly created custom application .?

Thanks

I deeply encourage you to have a look at these documentations, but the step-by-step implementation you can find at the instance on Guided Setup:

Hi @ramesh_r,

Yes, specially if you are going to use a Portal for that application too - you might want to follow these steps:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-administration/page/administer/ai-search/task/...

You can also create additional indexed sources:

Thanks for the response.

Do you mean whenever I am creating a new custom application, I have to do the below two configurations correct?
