Hello community,
I'm working on a bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and an internal application (Application X).
Currently, ServiceNow communicates with Application X via the MidServer, and that part is working fine.
Now, I need Application X to communicate back to the MidServer and trigger a flow in ServiceNow.
Has anyone set up something similar? What would be the best approach to allow Application X to send data to the MidServer in a way that initiates a flow in ServiceNow?
Thanks in advance for any guidance!

you can give them an endpoint and they can try hitting that endpoint and based on that you can trigger flow within ServiceNow.
